Returns

Product returns must be submitted exclusively via the B2B platform. Returns that have not been submitted through the platform will not be accepted.

The returned product must not be damaged or used. It must be complete and intact, and its individual packaging must not have been opened, damaged, soiled or marked.

Food products cannot be returned.
