At Rafcom, we believe that responsible business means not only supplying products, but also caring for the environment. That is why we are developing our environmental services, offering customers and partners two complementary solutions:
- Purchase of used ink and toner cartridges – available to everyone.
- Professional disposal of empty cartridges – dedicated to Rafcom’s business partners.
In this way, we combine economic and environmental benefits, working together with our customers to reduce electronic waste and support the circular economy.

Purchase of empty cartridges
Rafcom operates a purchase programme for used ink and toner cartridges, which is available to everyone.
To facilitate cooperation, we periodically send our partners an up-to-date price list containing a list of cartridges accepted under the programme.
Before shipping
- Contact us by email at skup@rafcom.waw.pl or by telephone on 506 736 407 to let us know that you intend to send a parcel. This will ensure that the entire process is completed quickly and efficiently.
How to pack ink cartridges
- It is best to wrap each cartridge in a sheet of paper or a plastic bag and then place it in a cardboard box to protect it from damage.
- Do not seal the nozzles with adhesive tape! – this may cause permanent damage.
- Please note that all cartridges are checked electronically and mechanically after delivery.

Include a note in the parcel containing the following details:
your full name or company name,
telephone number,
email address (the settlement statement will be sent to this address),
bank account number for payment.

Settlement
After verifying the cartridges, we will contact you regarding their valuation and any applicable discounts or payments.

Transparency and regulatory compliance
