We would like to kindly inform you that on 3 April 2023 (date of transformation) there was a transformation of the sole proprietorship of Rafał Ziółkowski conducted under the business name RAFCOM Rafał Ziółkowski, at the address: 05-816 Reguły, ul. Stanisława Bodycha 97, NIP: 9512057404 (transformed entrepreneur), into the company RAFCOM Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Reguły (transformed company), pursuant to Article 551 § 5 of the Commercial Companies Code.

n addition, we would like to inform you that as a result of the transformation, pursuant to art. 584² § 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, RAFCOM spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Reguła is entitled to all the rights and obligations of the transformed entrepreneur. The transformed company remains the subject of obligations incurred by the transformed entrepreneur, rights and duties under concluded contracts, as well as permits, concessions and reliefs that were granted to the entrepreneur before its transformation, unless the act or the decision on granting the permit, concession or relief provides otherwise. Consequently, all obligations and agreements entered into will, by operation of law, continue under the existing terms and conditions.

In view of the above, please take into account the above changes in all databases and documents, as well as issue all new accounting documents (invoices, bills) and address all correspondence with the following company details:
